Workday is looking for an experienced technology leader to manage a technical team in our new global customer service center located in Navi-Mumbai, India. This new service center will help provide implementation and other technical services to Workday customers all over Europe, North America, and the world. If you have experience managing groups of developers, consultants, or support personnel for a software company, we would like to hear from you. Experience managing large deliver centers for other ERP oriented software companies, traditional or newer cloud platforms is ideal.

Required Skills:

  • Command of written and spoken English is a minimum requirement, and any additional languages beneficial as well
  • Technical Background in service oriented architectures ideal
  • Proven track record of managing Developers, Consultants, Support, or any Technical teams required
  • Background working on or managing teams that worked on other ERP systems in the HCM, Financials, CRM, and/or Supply Chain space
