CIGNEX Datamatics is fourteen years old, fast growing systems integrator and reseller leader in Commercial and Non-Commercial Open Source Technologies and a division of a 30 year old business services and proprietary technology company. CIGNEX is Liferay Enterprise Portal and Alfresco ECM partner of the year 2010 and 2011 on 2 continents. CIGNEX-Datamatics is looking to fill senior Sales Professional/Hunter/Director of sales team positions that is goal driven, self-motivated, and energetic and a closer that can hit the ground running that resides in the above territory. This team member will be able to get out in front and set the pace with an exceptional track record in new business attainment (Min of 5 years). 

Reporting to a Vice President of Sales, the Sr. Sales Executive’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Grow new client sales in allotted region or verticals
  • Quota attainment
  • Mining existing customers and accounts to increase revenue/client
  • Prospecting, lead follow-through 
  • Territory management
  • Weekly reporting and CRM updating
  • Support contract and proposal creation (RFP, RFI, proposals and SOWs) and negotiation
  • Marketing event presenting and booth 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have a minimum 5 years of success selling IT Consulting Services and technical solutions to businesses of all sizes and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in enterprise content 
    management, web content management, portals, intranets, extranets and/or content as a focus
  • Experience selling consulting services and bidding for IT services projects (reselling or product sales is a plus)
  • Must have at least 6 months of Open Source product (any) and/or services sales.
  • Will have a sound understanding of the technology landscape
  • Is a self-starter with great attention to detail

  • Will adhere to business processes and intellectual property guidelines
  • Possesses and can demonstrate exceptional closing focus and ability
  • Freely shares ideas across business and consulting teams

  • Bachelors degree required
